  4. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  5. Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund or exchange.

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges:
